Support Center

The COBIS Support Center is located in Quito, Ecuador, and offers two types of client support. Our Help Desk Analysts provide full-time attention to our clients and immediate follow-up for incidents, while our Product Specialists come up with solutions to our clients’ ongoing software needs.

       The COBIS Support Center offers the GoToAssist tool to provide real-time remote support, in case of urgent requests. In these cases we will inform the Client of how to use the tool, the necessary procedures, and the date and time of the session, all by email.

GoToAssist is a remote-support tool that is easy to use. It requires an Internet connection on the part of the Client in order to receive support.
