Support Center
The COBIS Support Center is located in Quito, Ecuador, and offers two types of client support. Our Help Desk Analysts provide full-time attention to our clients and immediate follow-up for incidents, while our Product Specialists come up with solutions to our clients’ ongoing software needs.

Getting Real-time Support The COBIS Support Center offers the GoToAssist tool to provide remote support in real-time, in case of urgent support requests. In these cases we will inform the Client of how to use the tool, necessary procedures, and the date and time of the session, all by email. GoToAssist is a remote-support tool that is easy to use. It requires an Internet connection on the part of the Client in order to receive support.
